It will be available in a couples of weeks a new E lucevan le stelle’s recording fully dedicated to the music of Charles Mouton performed by italian lutenist and musicologist Franco Pavan (photo by Costanza Raffaelli). As a first invitation to that superbe music we would like to have some suggestions by people devoted to that music, especially in the matter of recorded music. There is a point quite interesting to discuss: listen carefully at the beautifull Sarabande La Doucereuse, we have prepared for you in two differents version. In one of them (we hope you can hear it) a little bird started to sing very near the church where the recording was going on. His singing become very evident exactly at the end of the sarabande, on the very last notes. We had to wait in order to have the possibility to record that sarabande without that natural noise. Now we are really thinking to print the version with the bird singing, even if that could be seen by our customers not really correct. con Do you have any suggestions about that?

Sarà disponibile tra un paio di settimane il nuovo disco della E lucevan le stelle Records completamente dedicato alla musica di Charles Mouton nell’esecuzione del liutista italiano Franco Pavan (la foto è di Costanza Raffaelli). Vi inviatiano a familiarizzare con questa bellissima musica scaricando in anteprima due brani del disco che abbiamo preparato per voi in una duplice versione. Durante la registrazione della Sarabande La Doucereuse un uccellino si è posizionato su un ramo vicino alla chiesa e proprio alla fine del brano, ha cominciato a cinguettare in maniera piuttosto evidente, tanto da essere catturato dai nostri microfoni. Per poter registrare una versione senza l’inaspettato intruso canterino abbiamo dovuto aspettare che se ne andasse. Ora, proprio alla vigilia della pubblicazione ci sorge un dubbio: e se fosse più bella la versione in duo?
Scaricate dunque i due brani dal disco Le Mouton fabuleux di prossima pubblicazione, e diteci cosa ne pensate se volete.
